This first activity will be decisive for the continuation of the project since it aims at reinforcing the inter-knowledge of the partner organizations and people involved, to determine collectively the organization of the year of the project and the tools to be put in place to facilitate this work in cooperation. From the point of view of capacity building, the EEL will present its research-action work carried out so far on the empowerment of people in vulnerable situations and for each partner, its own field experience on the subject as well as its questioning, successes and difficulties. This will also be an opportunity to agree on the definition of certain words such as "empowerment" or "participation", around which the following activities will be setup. Finally, this time will be used to prepare the implementation of the methodology (pre-identified collectively) of the next activities and thus to adopt a common global approach. This is particularly essential for activities n°2 and 3 (organization of workshops and capitalization of results).
The Erasmus+ project, "Our commitment to associations: new approaches against precariousness and for inclusion," focuses on supporting vulnerable groups by exploring innovative approaches to inclusion and addressing precariousness. As part of this project, collective workshops were organized in Nidge (Turkey), Cognac (France), and Huelva (Spain). These workshops brought together volunteers, employees of NGOs, and adults in precarious situations to identify specific challenges and share effective strategies for social inclusion.
